can't upload or Update map Little wars (xTreme & summer)

hello,

following map can*t be updated via Web GUI nor can't i upload a local created updated version of this map https://resource.openra.net/maps/49141/ little_Wars_xTreme_R8_summer.zip

WebGUI error trying to update the map online: - Update failed. Report this if you can't find the reason.

via map editor updated map and trying to manually upload it as a nre revision: - Error:

Map has already been uploaded.

I think it just makes sense not to mention it would be easier to tell what tab/bookmark is the resource center and openra.net.
